Trigger and responsibility

Aspect Detail
Trigger SO-030 requests 8 EA before the shipping window.
Accountability Outbound supervisor · Pick/pack operator

Sequence and progression conditions

  1. Check stock and lot status; allocate 8 EA to SO-030.

  2. Release the wave, scan location and lot and record 7 EA picked.

  3. Separate the 1 EA shortage; the supervisor chooses replenishment or authorized partial shipment.

  4. Validate PKG-030, scan staging and carrier handover and confirm actual shipped quantity.

Blocking and recovery

Blocking condition

Wrong packed item: reopen packing validation; carrier handover cannot override the error.

Reconciled recovery

Lost shipment confirmation: inspect source transaction and ledger before retrying the same request.
