TRUSTED FACTORYFLOW
Answers on existing systems, equipment, continuity, benefits and getting started.
Discovery establishes which systems retain demand, stock and production ownership. Assess WCS/adapters under an existing WMS or FactoryFlow WMS for the warehouse scope required. Agree mapping, posting and reconciliation ownership first.
Link missions with source work, stock, station gates and handover outcomes. The selected fleet retains traffic/charging under its profile. Tests establish trace and exception handling beyond showing robots on a map.
The catalogue retains supplied Mobile-ID integration confirmation. Controllers, firmware, SDKs, options and profiles determine applicability. Interface descriptions do not establish all-model acceptance or vendor-to-vendor compatibility.
Only locally eligible work within valid delegated authority is in scope. Edge retains outcomes and checkpoints; reconnect requires deduplication, reconciliation and conflict handling. Exact rules depend on domains and project design.
Arrival may precede handover scans, QC or a WMS ledger posting. Each domain owns its completion rules. Supervision includes source state and freshness so managers can identify remaining work.
Choose use-case measures: supply response/on-time/shortage; warehouse dock-to-stock/accuracy; cells cycle/QC/stops. Compare equivalent conditions with source evidence. TCO covers software, integration, equipment and operations over equivalent scope.
Select one workflow, physical scope and related systems. Prepare minimum data, assign IT/OT/business owners and agree fault tests and go/no-go criteria. FAT, SAT and UAT provide evidence for expansion.
