GoPaperless SSO / RAR SSO / ShareInfo
An employee or partner representative enters a configured identity journey. GoPaperless SSO connects access; RAR/C06/VNeID SSO or ShareInfo participates under permitted services and authority. FactoryFlow binds the subject to organization/site and checks work rights.
RECORDS AND OUTCOME
Subject reference, authentication result or permitted attributes, timestamp, tenant/site and transaction reference.
Provides context for membership, roles or next steps; the organization still determines authority.

CheckID / TaxInfo / KYB
During supplier or maintenance-provider onboarding, check legal-entity/tax-code records and representatives within service scope. TaxInfo/KYB supports business checks; CheckID and ShareInfo can support authorized individual verification.

Tax code, entity name, representative reference, source/check time and result, limited to the onboarding purpose.
A partner record for review linked to contracts/support rights. Data sources and authority follow each service, separately from e-invoice publications.

GoPaperless / RS-HUB
An engineer proposes CHG-021 for recipe R7 with diff, impact and rollback. GoPaperless coordinates review; RS-HUB supports signing where required. Decisions bind to configuration revisions and site release outcomes.

Record/revision, authorized actors, approval/signing references and digest where applicable.
Retains who decided on which revision. WCS/cell/Edge still verifies technical and field conditions before application.

Trusted ThingID
Equipment enters a site with serial, controller, firmware, profile and commissioning records. ThingID supports asset-identity links to related records; OT retains inspection and maintenance work.

Trusted LTANS / Trusted Delivery
FAT/SAT/UAT links tests to sites, cells, serials and revisions. Authorized owners select records for custody or recipients. LTANS supports policy-based preservation; Trusted Delivery supports configured delivery states.

For event-based commercial arrangements or invoiced services, governance binds usage to contract scope and reconciliation periods. Trusted Billing participates in the selected service/invoice scope.

Each journey selects minimum outcomes and references for its recipient. ShareInfo consent, change approval and record signing are distinct decisions. Internal Mobile-ID–RAR/C06 logs are not default third-party outputs; FactoryFlow and field design retain operations and safety authority.
